Who Said Nudists Starve?
Many people who have never visited a nudist resort are often curious about the shape and size of the members and wonder if they will be too big, too short, too something, if they decide to visit. Prospective members are sometimes perplexed about the type of food to bring to potlucks and other gatherings that request "bring a dish to share". During the past week, we have had many people host "food" events that should give curious visitors an idea of the Healthy fare devoured by the members at the Ranch. David and Susan hosted a delicious breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and healthy fruit. They also assisted Jan and Clarence with a picnic dinner consisting of deep fried chicken wings, pimento cheese sandwiches, cookies, and healthy veggies.
Various times during the week, Lynn placed lunch/dinner on the table for all to enjoy, and others brought tasty items to contribute. Oreos are healthy, aren't they?
On July 4th, Robbie, Jim, and Brudder Mike slaved over a hot grill to prepare hot dogs and hamburgers for approximately 75 people, and the contributions for the side dishes were healthy ones, consisting of banana pudding, home made ice cream, a flag cake, brownies, to name a few.
The starving nudists awoke on Sunday to the smell of bacon, french toast, and omelets, and the sight of Robbie, Jim, and Computer John in the kitchen once more, making sure we made it through the day. Needless, to say there was always food on the table, and no one went hungry. Rumor has it that a fish fry was scheduled for Sunday night, using some of the fish caught in the fishing tournament on Saturday, but that hasn't been confirmed. Numerous nudists are planning on extending their vacation into this week. Wonder if they will have enough to eat??
