Day Visit Policy
The Bar ~S~ Ranch is a private members only club. As a private club we cater primarily to the convenience of our members. We do however allow day visits by potential members and members of reciprocating organizations. To facilitate these visitors, we maintain office hours between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on the days that we are open. Day visitors may enjoy the facilities between the hours of 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No “Day Passes” will be issued after 2:00 PM except to overnight visitors as detailed below.
While it maybe inconvenient to some not being able to visit for the day after 2:00 PM, the convenience of coming anytime one pleases is reserved for members. The solution to this inconvenience is to acquire a membership!
Members of AANR, TNS or clubs chartered by these organizations that are traveling in the area and wish to stop over for the night may do so. They will need to call the office during normal business hours (336-249-2456) or email office@bar-s-ranch.com to make arrangements. It will be necessary to prepay for one day’s grounds fee and one overnight fee to have someone meet you at the office at a prearranged time. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards.
This policy was implemented to cut costs and preserve our current low prices.
