Bar ~S~ Ranch Members
As we all know, everything keeps going up, case in point US Postage. In an attempt to continue to maintain our low prices here at the Ranch, beginning with the May 31st billing cycle, we will be sending out invoices via email. To facilitate this change, we are requesting that all members email the Ranch at office@bar-s-ranch.com with the email address that they prefer to receive their invoices.
(We realize that some members are skittish about receiving email from the Ranch. A possible solution would to open a free email account with Hotmail, Yahoo or some other service just for this purpose. Then no one but you would have access to the account.)
Beginning with the May 31st invoice mailing, invoices will be emailed to the address provided. If an email address is not available, invoices will be sent via US Mail to the current address of record and a service charge of $1.00 per mailing will be added to the invoice.
We appreciate your help and cooperation with this transition.
